**New exhibition klaxon**

A few weeks ago, I saw Mique Moriuchi was working on some absolutely exquisite collages inspired by the birds she was recording on the Merlin app. They are so amazing! I loved them so much that I wanted to team up with her and collaborate on an exhibition of our bird art. I was so happy she agreed to it. Initially, I was a bit stuck as to where we could show our work, but I knew it had to be somewhere in nature, because that’s what inspires our work the most.
The first person I asked was Kayte Pippet from The Greensand Trust. Fortunately, she very kindly agreed to work with us to produce an exhibition. WILD BIRDS is coming to Rushmere Country Park, and I am so excited!

Kayte suggested we involve Ellie Archer as well. I’m in awe of Ellie’s achievements at such a young age. She’s an amazing artist, passionate about wildlife. She did work experience at the park as a young ranger. She paints beautifully. I’m delighted that she’s joining us. I hope the exhibition encourages her to continue creating throughout her life and future career. Visit the show and support this talented young artist!
